Cone Crusher:
Cone crusher is widely used in the industries of metallurgy, building material, road construction, chemical engineering & silicate, suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with hardness of medium or above. This cone crusher features the high crushing ratio, high efficiency, high handling capacity, low operation cost, easy adjustment and economical operation. The quality of material used for components and reasonable design of construction contributes to its longer running performance and even granularity of the crushed product in addition to reducing the circulation load; and further more by introducing the hydraulic cleaning chamber system into the crushers of middle and large size, the down time is reduced accordingly. The user may choose different type of chamber upon different request freely, because of the wide range of products to be provides.

This Cone Crusher adopts grease sealing so as to prevent the watering and draining system from being blocked and avoid the defect of easy mix of water and oil. The spring safety system is the protection unit against overload, and keeps the crushing chamber from being damaged by foreign substance or iron pieces.

The cavity type of cone crusher is decided by the stone characteristics. HCC is used in coarse crushing, HCF is used in medium size crushing, HCS is used in fine crushing and HCSS is used in extra fine crushing.
